Jeannette Bouchard, PharmD, is an Infectious Disease and Stewardship Clinical Pharmacy Specialists at WakeMed Health & Hospitals. She is a graduate of Regis University School of Pharmacy in Denver, CO. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh, PA. She then completed her Infectious Diseases PGY2 Pharmacy Residency and Fellowship training at the University of South Carolina/Prisma Health Hospital. Her research in residency/fellowship focused on combination therapy for persistent MRSA infections, alternative dosing strategies for beta-lactams, and therapeutic drug monitoring for beta-lactams. Other areas of interest are Gram-negative resistance, HIV, and HCV.
