Corey Frederick, Pharm.D., BCPS graduated from the University of Florida College Of Pharmacy in 2013. Afterwards, he completed both a PGY-1 in pharmacy practice and a PGY-2 in infectious diseases at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Frederick is currently the infectious diseases clinical coordinator at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Florida. At this site, one of his primary responsibilities includes managing and coordinating the antimicrobial stewardship program. Dr. Frederick’s current interests include antimicrobial resistance, advancing antimicrobial stewardship practice, and treating consequences of antimicrobial overuse such as Clostridium difficile infections. He was recently granted certification as a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.
