Dr. Lantz graduated from the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy in 2012. He then completed a Post-Graduate Year (PGY)-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA followed by a PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. He is currently a clinical pharmacist specialist of infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in Spartanburg, SC. He coordinates antimicrobial stewardship activities as well as teaches pharmacy students, pharmacy residents and medical residents. Dr. Lantz’s interests include antimicrobial resistance and antimicrobial dose optimization.
