Ashley Pardo

 

Ashley Pardo earned a bachelors degree from the University of Florida (Gainesville, FL). She then obtained a masters degree from Boston University. Ashley is currently a Nutritional Therapist, Private Chef, and Wellness Coach. She is certified in Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness training.

Ashley specializes in properly prepared nutrient-dense food and mindful eating. She combines her experience and education to create bio-individual resources for people to heal themselves and their relationship with food.
